Saddle Brown 002 - Card Wallet

Saddle Brown is leather with a pulse. Warm, rich, and steeped in tradition, it echoes the look of well-worn tack and sun-darkened hide. This is not a wallet for those who want things to stay pristine. It is for those who want things to get better.

The Saddle Brown 002 Card Wallet holds 3 to 4 cards. Slim enough for a front trouser pocket, considered enough for a jacket. The natural warm tan of the leather deepens and darkens with every month of use, developing a burnished patina that is entirely specific to how you carry it. No two end up the same.

The leather

Hand selected by us on a visit to A&A Crack & Sons in Northampton, one of Britain's most respected leather merchants. This full-grain leather carries a pull-up effect: flex it, bend it, and lighter tones bloom through the surface. Over time it darkens, softens, and records use the way a good saddle does. Quietly, faithfully, and only getting better.

No decorative coatings, no pigment applied to push the colour toward a particular shade. The saddle brown is the natural state of this leather from the tanning process itself. It will not peel, crack, or fade. It will deepen and patina in a way that is entirely specific to how you carry it.

The construction

Hand stitched with Ritza thread using a saddle stitch. Edges finished by hand. Built to the same construction standards as the Holstein 001 collection, applied to a warmer, more characterful palette.
