OUR STORY

WHY

The beginning

After more than a decade designing consumer electronics, products that increasingly lived behind glass screens and often became obsolete within a year, I felt a growing disconnect. I missed the tactile, enduring nature of physical things. Everbound Goods was born from that need. A desire to create objects with soul, built to last a lifetime, not just a product cycle. In a world of disposability and digital drift. I wanted to return to craftsmanship, making things that age with grace, carry stories & look after their owner.

Where

Sourcing

We choose to source our leather from British Business' and Manufacturers because its important to support where we come from. We are building relationships with these businesses to ensure we get the right materials for what we are building & we know where its coming from. With only a handful of tanneries still operating in the UK, each one represents a legacy of craftsmanship that’s increasingly rare. Where we can source our leather from amazing legacy craft manufacturers we are proud to use their materials to build our unique products. Being able to visit these places, speak directly with the people who’ve spent their lives refining the art of leather tanning, and see the process first-hand gives me a deep connection to the materials we use. It’s not just about quality, it’s about integrity, traceability, and supporting makers who treat their work as a lifelong craft.

What

Honesty of Product

Material honesty is at the heart of how we approach making. Too often, we buy products that aren’t what they claim to be. Veneers posing as solid wood, synthetic coatings that mimic leather but peel within months. We want Everbound Goods to stand apart from that. The materials we choose are exactly what they appear to be, with no hidden layers or deceptive finishes. They’re meant to wear with grace, not degrade with use. A scuff should tell a story, not reveal a shortcut. When a surface ages, it should deepen in character, not crack, flake, or fall apart. That’s the kind of integrity we believe in.
How

Sustainable & Traceable.

Veg-tanned leather is a sustainable, biodegradable material made using natural tannins. It’s a by-product of the meat industry, not a resource extracted for its own sake. By choosing it, we are making use of what would otherwise be waste. It ages beautifully, gaining character over time, and reflects Britain’s long tradition of leathercraft. This isn’t just about durability, it’s about respecting materials, reducing impact, and honouring a craft that values longevity over landfill.
When

What Now?

We have aspirations of doing big and impactful things with our business...but we need to start small. So we currently have a limited product line of items we believe in. Items made with love, care and skills that take persistence to master.
