Shipping policy
UK delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.
- Orders under £50: £3.99.
- We send UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.
When your order leaves us
Everything is made by hand in our small Bristol workshop. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of your order. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is on its way.
Made-to-order pieces, such as dog collars cut to your dog's measurement, and bespoke commissions take longer. We'll confirm the timescale with you when you order, and keep you updated while we make it.
EU delivery
- £14.99 per order to all EU countries.
- Delivery times vary by country, and every order is tracked.
- Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country on delivery. These are the recipient's responsibility.
We don't currently ship outside the UK and EU. If you're elsewhere and would love a piece, email us at everboundgoods@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
Packaging
We keep plastic to a minimum. Smaller pieces arrive in a cotton drawstring bag, and larger items in a box, so everything is ready to give as a gift.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email everboundgoods@gmail.com and we'll put it right. For returns, see our refund policy: you have 30 days from delivery to request one.
