Frequently asked questions
Why are we called Everbound Goods?
The term Everbounding refers to something never ending. So when it came to deciding what to name our company Everbound Goods felt like a perfect fit. One of our core values is to be a fully circular production.
What leather do we use for our pieces?
We use full grain leather, nothing else. Full grain is the strongest, most durable leather & will age gracefully over the life of the piece.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products made?
At present, we create each piece in our (very) small workshop in Bristol, UK. We hope to move into a small leather working studio in the future.
All of the leather we use are from British tanneries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do we package our pieces?
With our value of wanting to provide a sustainable product, we have tried to limit the amount of plastic we use in our packaging, whilst providing you with a luxury piece/gift. The smaller products will be packaged in a cotton drawstring bag, whilst the larger items will arrive in a box.
