The Holstein 001 Key Organiser is built to be the last key holder you buy. Made from the same jet black, vegetable tanned leather as the rest of the Holstein 001 collection, cut from a single shoulder sourced from Thomas Ware & Sons in Bristol. It organises most standard household key styles into a compact, pocket-friendly form that will not scratch or damage anything else you carry.

It is a simple thing, made carefully. That is the point.

What it does

The Key Organiser folds flat, keeping your keys parallel and contained rather than loose and scratching against your phone, cards, or wallet. It accepts most standard household key styles comfortably, with a solid brass D-loop on the exterior that serves as an attachment point for key chains, AirTags, and similar items.

Folded, it disappears into a pocket. Unfolded, it gives you quick, clean access to each key individually. No fumbling, no rattling, no unnecessary bulk.

The materials

Jet black, full-grain, vegetable tanned leather from Thomas Ware & Sons, Bristol's own tannery. A semi-rigid shoulder with a subtle texture, chosen for structure and character. No synthetic coatings, no corrected grain. It develops a natural patina with daily handling, softening and deepening in a way that makes each piece genuinely individual.

Solid brass fittings throughout. The D-loop and hardware are chosen to last as long as the leather, developing their own patina rather than chipping or tarnishing as cheaper plated alternatives do.

The construction

Hand stitched with white Ritza thread using a saddle stitch technique, consistent with every other piece in the Holstein 001 collection. Edges bevelled and burnished by hand. Each piece is individually numbered within the collection. The contrasting white stitch on jet black leather is a signature of the Holstein range. Visible craft, not hidden.
